Location short walk to central area, train station and fairground and trains, trams or airport. Generous breakfast with various food choices. Public parking nearby provided.

Very comfortable stay, nice clean room, there was a mix-up with our reservation that was amended within minutes. Staff are very pleasant and willing to help, within walking distance or a short tram journey to all the lovely sights of Bremen, made easier by the complimentary public transport card provided by the hotel.

The location is magnificent, at a short distance from a tower-topped Romanesque cathedral.

Very near to the station,but very quiet.Room was big. I could sleep comfortably without noticing that my room was just in front of railway till the next morning!

Small beds, short blankets, clerks on reception. There is no internet in the rooms as it written in description of the hotel. When I asked why, receptionist said that there is internet but the signal is week. Very funny explanation. It is a shame of the hotel not to buy rooters for each floor. As I understand nobody reads these reviews - nothing improves.

free pass for the local public transport system has been a total hit, but the hotel itself is also nice, and although right next to the train station and in a busy area the outside noise level was hardly noticable!

Comfortable room stay.

Excellent central location, good food and a very pleasant bar area.

No car park attached to the hotel, the multi storey car park meant navigating some busy junctions. The access road to the hotel was not straightforward following the Sat Nav directions. No entry sign. Access was from opposite side of the square in front of the station and required a detour.

The welcome and helpfulness of the young lady was excellent

Request spare pillows at the front desk for a more comfortable sleep, as the provided ones might not meet everyone's needs.

I had been at other InterCity hotels and even the one in Bremen before and there were fine. But this time it was clear both the staff and the resources were overstrapped. The staff was clearly at the end of their strenght and was not very friendly -- looked like they had been under severe pressure, overworked and understaffed. Most importantly from a business point of view, the suppossedly free internet did not work. In the rooms it was suppossed to work through a cable, but did not. Did not even feel like complaining to the alreadty overstrapped and not eagerly friendly staff. In the lobby it worked, but was extremelly slow and there was no table to rest your laptop against unless you went to the bar and paid for a drink. I find it incredible that a suppossed business hotel has not been able to put WIFI in its rooms. My suggestions: use the internet at the Starbucks next door, and stay at the Mariott near the other entrance to the train station. Mariott does not have free internet at all (costs 14 or 18 E per day), but it is much more pleasant than the InterCity. InterCity was 100 E, Mariott would have been c 130.

The room featured a comfy large double bed with clean sheets and a well-maintained en-suite bathroom, showcasing a powerful shower with ample hot water. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. While the décor felt a bit outdated, everything was super clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the central train station and local eateries.
